1. General Majority - The 50% of the presented and voted members is general majority, it has nothing to do with total members of parliament.
   1. सामान्य बहुमत - उपस्थित सदस्यॉ तथा मतदान करने वालॉ के 50% से अधिक सदस्य ही सामान्य बहुमत है इस बहुमत का सदन की कुल सदस्य संख्या से कोई संबंध नही होता है
2. 1.General Majority- More than 50% members are included in general majority which are Present Members and Voters and their is no relation in number of member in it.
   1. सामान्य बहुमत - उपस्थित सदस्यॉ तथा मतदान करने वालॉ के 50% से अधिक सदस्य ही सामान्य बहुमत है इस बहुमत का सदन की कुल सदस्य संख्या से कोई संबंध नही होता है
3. 1. Simple majority-When there is 50% voting in favor by the members voted among those present, it is simple majority. The total strength of the house has got no connection on this majority.
   1. सामान्य बहुमत - उपस्थित सदस्यॉ तथा मतदान करने वालॉ के 50% से अधिक सदस्य ही सामान्य बहुमत है इस बहुमत का सदन की कुल सदस्य संख्या से कोई संबंध नही होता है
4. 1. Simple Majority - The normal majority is more than 50% of the members present and casting their votes and this majority is not at all linked to the total number of members of the house concerned.
   1. सामान्य बहुमत - उपस्थित सदस्यॉ तथा मतदान करने वालॉ के 50% से अधिक सदस्य ही सामान्य बहुमत है इस बहुमत का सदन की कुल सदस्य संख्या से कोई संबंध नही होता है
5. Second , for the most part , the provisions of the Constitution can be amended by the Parliament by a special majority , namely , a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members of each House present and voting .
   दूसरे , अधिकांशतया संसद द्वारा संविधान के उपबंध में संशाधन विशेष बहुमत से किया जा सकता है , अर्थात प्रत्येक सदन की कुल सदस्य संख़्या के बहुमत द्वारा तथा उपस्थित और मतदान करने वाले सदस्यों के कम से कम दो-तिहाई बहुमत द्वारा .

   सांविधिक नियमों के अनुसार कुल सदस्य संख़्या Zमें वृद्धि की जा सकती थी और विभिन्न वर्गों के सदस्यों के बीच अनुपात में परिवर्तन भी किया जा सकता था , ताकि कुल संख़्या के कम से कम 5/7 सदस्य निर्वाचित हों और शेष में से कम से कम एक-तिहाई गैर-सरकारी सदस्य हों .

   [ख] अनु 368 के अनुसार - संशोधन बिल सदन के उपस्थित तथा सदन मे मत देने वालो के 2/3 संख्या जो कि सदन के कुल सदस्य संख्या का भी बहुमत हो [लोकसभा मे 273 सदस्य]इस बहुमत से संविधान संशोधन न्यायधीशॉ को पद से हटाना तथा राष्ट्रीय आपातकाल लगाना राज्य विधान सभा द्वारा विधान परिषद की स्थापना अथवा विच्छेदन की मांंग के प्रस्ताव पारित किये जाते है

He can be removed from his Office by the President , only if a joint address passed by both Houses of Parliament with a special majority -LRB- i.e . , by a majority of the total membership of the House and by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members of each House present and voting -RRB- is presented to him -LRB- article 124 -LRB- 4 -RRB- and 218 -RRB- .
   उसे उसके पद से राष्ट्रपति तभी हटा सकता है जब विशेष बहुमत से ( यानी प्रत्येक सदन द्वारा उस सदन की कुल सदस्य संख्या के बहुमत से तथा उस सदन के उपस्थित और मत देने वाले सदस्यों के कम-से-कम दो तिहाई बहुमत से ) संसद के दोनों सदनों द्वारा पारित समावेदन उसके सामने प्रस्तुत किया जाए [अनुच्छेद 124 ( 4 ) तथा 218] .

[Kh]According to article 368 - amendment in constitution, 2/3 of members present in house and votes which should be majority of total member of parliament (273 member in parliament) for amendment bill, to sack judges from post and declare national emergency, establishment of state legislative council and demand for analysis passes.
   [ख] अनु 368 के अनुसार - संशोधन बिल सदन के उपस्थित तथा सदन मे मत देने वालो के 2/3 संख्या जो कि सदन के कुल सदस्य संख्या का भी बहुमत हो [लोकसभा मे 273 सदस्य]इस बहुमत से संविधान संशोधन न्यायधीशॉ को पद से हटाना तथा राष्ट्रीय आपातकाल लगाना राज्य विधान सभा द्वारा विधान परिषद की स्थापना अथवा विच्छेदन की मांंग के प्रस्ताव पारित किये जाते है
10. .(B) According to article 368 - Bills for constitutional amendment, removing judjes from power, imposing national emergency, demanding establishing or dissolving the State Council through the State Assembly can be passed if the members present (this number itself can be a majority of the total members, for Assembly it is 273) vote for such bills by a majority vote of 2/3.
